The black paint is great for stenciling borders. Dries quickly, little to no smudging.

I love all Dylusions Paints. I purchased black for the "A Stitch In Time" stencils. I prefer the consistency of this paint over Tim Holtz black soot paint for stenciling over blended Dylusions paints. Dylusions black plays well with other Dylusions paints.
